Phase one — Week zero

The audit.

A free, evidence-based deep-dive into your business. We sit with you for a week — interviews with you and your team, screen-share through your tools, a deep look at how leads enter, how clients move through, and how you currently show up in AI and traditional search.

You leave with a prioritised map of every bottleneck, an ROI estimate for fixing each, and a clear recommendation on which to address first. The audit is yours to keep — whether or not we build together.

Phase two — Weeks one to four

The automate.

We pick the one or two bottlenecks with the steepest ROI and build them, bespoke, around the tools you already use. You see the first one live inside seven days — not a slide deck, an actual running system you can watch process real work.

The system is yours on day one.

Code, prompts, agents, documentation — all yours from go-live. If you ever want to take it in-house or to another team, we hand it over cleanly.

04 · Honest

If we’re not the right fit, we say so.

Sometimes the audit shows the answer isn’t AI. We’d rather tell you that than sell you a build for the sake of it — you keep the audit document either way.

What does an engagement actually cost?
The audit is free — a genuine deep-dive, yours to keep whether or not we build together. Builds are quoted after, scoped to the specific bottleneck — typically £6–24k depending on integration complexity and surface area. We share a fixed price before any work starts, not an hourly rate. Some builds also have a small ongoing retainer where it genuinely earns its keep — we’ll always tell you up front.
How long until I see something live?
First automation goes live within seven days of kickoff. Full build usually wraps in four to eight weeks. We don’t do twelve-month transformations.
Do I need to switch tools?
Almost never. We build around the stack you already pay for — your CRM, calendar, comms tools and site stay where they are. We add the layer that makes them talk.
Who owns the systems you build?
You do. Code, prompts, agents, content — all yours. We document the build so any developer can take it from here. We just hope you keep us close.
What is AEO?
AI Engine Optimisation — the discipline of making sure your business gets cited inside AI Overviews, ChatGPT answers, Perplexity results and the new generation of search surfaces. It’s where high-intent traffic is moving. We treat it as a primary channel.
