Selected work

Three businesses, three quiet engines.

Three recent builds — each one a custom system, each one running in production today.

01 / Aesthetics · Clinic

A clinic that got named by ChatGPT.

Samantha N. Founder · Aesthetics clinic

The bottleneck. Samantha ran a fully booked aesthetics clinic but was effectively invisible to the new AI search layer. Her existing site read like a brochure, her blog had been dormant for two years, and none of her treatment pages were structured for AI engines to cite. New-patient acquisition was almost entirely word-of-mouth — fragile and unscalable.

What we built. A complete editorial site rebuild with AEO baked into the architecture — schema, structured FAQs, and treatment pages designed to be cited by generative search. On top of that, an autonomous content agent that drafts and publishes a weekly piece under Samantha’s editorial review.

The outcome. Inside 90 days, the clinic surfaces by name inside Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT search for the high-intent local queries her ideal patient is asking. Organic enquiries are up 3×, and the blog now publishes weekly without Samantha touching the draft.

“I stopped chasing Google rankings the day I saw my clinic named in an AI answer. That’s the new front page.Samantha N. · Aesthetics clinic

02 / Home trades · Multi-crew

Twenty hours a month, handed back.

Robert F. Founder · Home trades operator

The bottleneck. Robert’s crews ran fine. Robert didn’t. Every new job meant four hours of personal admin — quote follow-up, deposit chasing, job-pack PDFs, first-day briefs to the crew, customer expectation-setting. Almost all of it happening on his phone, after 9pm.

What we built. An autonomous onboarding agent wired into his existing CRM, calendar, and document tools. Quote-acceptance triggers a sequence: contract drafted, deposit invoice generated, customer welcome and expectation email sent, job pack assembled with the right specs for the right crew, first-day brief queued in WhatsApp for review.

The outcome. Robert reviews and approves — he doesn’t draft. The onboarding sequence runs in under twenty minutes from quote-accepted to crew-ready. He’s recovered roughly twenty hours a month, all of it previously stolen from his evenings.

“They didn’t pitch me a platform. They sat with my business for a week, found the four hours a day I was losing, and handed them back.Robert F. · Home trades operator

03 / Coaching · Online

Ten calls booked in the first week.

Ella P. Founder · Online coaching

The bottleneck. Ella’s Instagram brought in qualified leads daily. By the time she replied, most had cooled. Her DMs were a graveyard of dropped conversations — the cost of being a one-person business with a real audience.

What we built. An autonomous DM setter trained on Ella’s voice, her offer, and her qualification criteria. It replies in seconds, asks the right qualifying questions, scores the lead, and — for the ones that fit — books them straight into her calendar. Anything ambiguous gets handed up to her with the conversation summarised.

The outcome. Ten qualified calls booked in the first seven days live. No drop-off, no cold leads, no human in the loop until the call itself. Ella spends her DMs time on conversations that close.

“I get to spend my coaching brain on coaching, not on chasing strangers through DMs. That alone paid for the build.Ella P. · Online coaching
